Finally got these pictures from Mom:..
Mom and Dad sitting in Freddy Fender's motor home.....Freddy Fender agreed to play the part of Captain Gonzales, in Dad's movie about General Robert C. Tyler. Dad wrote a script about the last Fort Battle of the Civil war. The battle took place in Lanett Alabama and it was fought one month after the Civil War was over...

Bob sits in with "The Boogie Men"
On July 11, 2009, Bob took his fretless bass, Jim Jeremiah grabbed his sax and we headed to Baldwin, Illinois so the two of them could sit in with the "Boogie Men". Bob had a ball and enjoyed playing music with them....here is a sample:

Wayne Olsen is a song writer, singer, player and friend of ours from Wales...His songs have a unique way of looking at the world and his voice is reminiscent, but more refined than Leon Redbone...with a little touch of Elvis. His playing and singing no doubt comes from his soul....We think he's wonderful.

Jimmy Gaffney from New York (Night Wing) is working on another project with us....he added drums to our cover song and we think he did a GREAT job....We're still tweaking it...vocals, etc... Thank you Jimmy....you're the best!!
